- Builder's World accepts
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and
American Express
- Customers may ship C.O.D
with a money order or certified
check
Shipping Information
- There is no ground shipping
charge for any single order over
$200.00 delivered within the
contiguous U.S.
- For orders under $200.00 a
$8.00 shipping charge will be
applied
- Due to the fact that we only
charge our customers what a
shipper charges us, we cannot
refund any special shipping
charges (Next Day, Second Day,
FedEx, etc.)
Returns
- Returns must be made within
30 days from purchase. You
should inspect all items at time
of receipt. We cannot accept
damage claims or return after 30
days.
- Merchandise must be in the
original carton with all packing
and instructions in resalable
condition.
- Returns must have a copy of
the packing slip.
- There will be a 20%
restocking charge on all returns
with missing items or destroyed
cartons.
- Shipping charges are not
refunded.
